Terms of service

At That's My Blankie we strive to maintain the highest standards of cosmetic quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can go wrong.

If you believe you have a reasonable complaint, please contact us immediately at hello@thatsmyblankie.com.au to report the matter. Our policy requires you to return product in its original packaging, for examination.  If the product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, the product will be replaced, at no cost to the customer, or a refund will be given.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty please contact us immediately at hello@thatsmyblankie.com.au to authorise a refund or replacement.

That's My Blankie will not refund for change of mind due to the customisation of the order. 

Please bare in mind our colour view system is  as close to the  actual colours for your item but can slightly be different due to print sometimes. We will not refund if you feel your colour combos don't suit with what  you have chosen or you have written an incorrect name.  Always happy to help with colour choses if you would like to email me at hello@thatsmyblankie.com.au we can discuss suitable colour combos before purchase.
